MTN Credit limit nightmare

<p>I have been a MTN (Autopage) customer since 2005 with 2 contracts. Last year I upgraded with MTN after my contract was handed over from Autopage. Now suddenly I'm running into airtime and credit limit issues. I have this ridicilous credit limit of R400 and have asked if i can get it increased and the answer was just no - no real reason. I have calculated that if my combined bills over the last 12 years on average was R3000 I have so far paid MTN over R400 000 in the last 12 years. I have never missed a payment and never had issues with call\credit limits. Now I can't even get over R400 credit limit. I also work for an American company with contacts in the UK, so my R400 limit doesn't last long before it runs out. I called customer care and asked for it to be increased, they advised that I have to go to a store to get this done. Went to the store this morning who advised that customer care needs to do this - just an idea of how lost they are!! Not sure if MTN if worth it anymore, they just don't care about their customers!!</p>
