MTN Credit disappointment

I have been requesting a refund of built up credit on my MTN account for almost a year! I have been shunted from pillar to post and told that the amount would be refund numerous times, but nothing has happened. This is horrible service delivery on MTN's part and as far as I am concerned deception! Please can someone sort this out for me?!
