Mtn credit department is USELESS and they have proven it again!!!!

I have lost faith in MTN, they can’t do one simple thing to rectify a mistake they have done even when you try to meet them halfway in rectifying their stupid mistake. The credit department should all be fired THEY ARE USELESS!!!!

I got debited twice in November, I called in and they acknowledged their mistake and promised I will get a credit into my account for December and I got a reference number and a few days after I get another sms stating my query was resolved. Knowing from past experiences with MTN I knew that that sms was not sufficient and I called in again to make sure and I spoke to the lady and she confirmed the credit department will act on it to which I insisted I speak to them directly because I knew they are useless and she said I can’t and she said the best she could do is send an email and to no surprise there as the Email was ignored or went to a black whole as ALWAYS!!!! ***
