MTN- ****py service ever!

We app**** for an upgrade on 2 of our data lines and it was approved. I was advised we would receive 2 SIM cards in order to effect the upgrade. This was around the 10th of March. There was no correspondence from them since. When I followed up I was told that DSV would call or SMS the details of the delivery. I waited and still got nothing. I made a follow up and the blame was placed squarely on DSV not doing their job. I then got hold of DSV and they did not have any packages for me. Each time I call MTN I am given a different story and its always a false story. I spoke to the Manager at MTN Business Enterprise Sales whose name is Mosa, gave me the ****iest service, he makes you hold for 15minutes and sometimes will not even come to the phone. I asked for his manager and was told there was no one above him, makes one wonder whether he is the MD of the entity, surely I should be able to escalate a matter. **** service to say the least!
