MTN **** SERVICE
Having a better connection out of the country than in SA...Iv been a loyal client of MTN for the past 6 years+...I now understand that all MtN really worries about is making sure they dont miss a month with taking monies ....i have absolutely no internet connection out of a wifi zone ...struggle to make calls ...recieve calls...after countless tries to get you guys to sort out your problems im now fed up...i last week placed a call with customer car for contract users the lady ensured me that my problem will b dealt with and i would recieve a call back from your network department within 1 to 48 hours....still waiting!!!! Its been over a week and no response ...my contract will b due for an upgrade starting this month and im definitely now upgrading again with MTN ....well i write this thanking you for absolutely nothing as im now convinced that aslong as u guys get your money the clients need are not met with and im sure any other network will b better than MTN ....and yess i will advice any1 taking out new contracts and renewing old ones to get tout of the hell hole MTN has placed us in and PORT!!!
