MTN Cradlestone staff **** to me

On Monday the 16/05/2016 I app**** for a data bundle with MTN. I was told that the application has been uloaded and that it would take 2 to 24 hours for the approval to be processed.

Today I called the store and the story I got was that the printer in the store broke down on Monday and it is beyond repairs. So that it why my application has been left open since Monday and has not been processed.

Let me tell you what is wrong with this. First I left the store at 18:00 when it closed there was no printer problem when I was there. Second if the printer was broken why not tell me when I am in the store?? Why make me fill out an application and then wait?? Third even if your story is true then I should have been contacted, you have my email address and my number, we do not live in the stone age, you do not have to send me smoke signals to notigy me of a problem, why must I run after you?

I cannot handle this anymore. Your people lie to your customers, you waist my time and on top of that I am kept in the dar****

Keep your contract. There are other network providers that would gladly take my business.

Dear Mike. I have already resolved my problem. I have gone to another cellular network. You may not believe me but it took just half an hour to approve the contract. Yes Mike, just half an hour. It was done right in front of me, then I went home and used the new LTE modem I had signed up for. I will admit it is about 3 hundred rand more. But Mike look at the service I got. I didn't have to wait for a week, I didn't get **** to and I got to what I wanted within the hour Mike....Am I making myself clear here? I have been an MTN customer since 2010. I dread going into MTN stores, and you know why because every single time I go in I get ******* service. I have two contracts with MTN, guess what I am going to do when those contracts expire?? Regards Kiran
