MTN Cradlestone Mall

Just visited MTN Cradlestone mall to cancel an old SMS contract and to upgrade my main business line. Wanted to transfer my number from Vodacom and take a new 2 year contract with a new device.

The assistant was very unhelpful and when I questioned him why he was unwilling to assist me properly he became very rude, started shouting and caused a very unpleasant experience with the MTN brand. I don't know if it will be worth my while to spend approximately R25K per year with this company? n
