MTN craddlestone terrible service

I took a ZTE router with uncapped data on the 10th of October 2021 at MTN craddlestone, the router started giving me issue of disconnecting while streaming every short while, i then went to MTN craddlestone to report the issue, i was told they will call me back, which never happened, and the story of we will call you back happened many times by different people at the store but not a single call from any of them, i still need to pay for this service which i am not using, travelling to the store for assistance is not only a waste of my time but costly as well, they don't pick up the store phone when i call, they are good at offering the worse service you can imagine.
