MTN -CPT Gardens Centre False Information and GDPR compliant issue

False information provided for Black Friday offer at the CPT Gardens Centre MTN store. Waited from the 27th of November for the contract to be done. Staff member made me sign and nothing got done. I had to visit the store 4 times in total. The last visit 9th December still nothing was done and I was told that I can only do this if I get a new sim card, when the staff member told me I don't. They also leave customers personal information sitting on open trays and desks that anyone can grab and get hold of.
