MTN Coverage problems

I recently upgraded my number with a data package and I really regret my decision. Soon after upgrading the MTN service in my area moved from poor to almost non-existent. I logged a fault on November 22 with Reference number: 64adb***-459d-a09d-d9c22c10e951 nothing was done and no one contacted me. I have logged another fault today, let's hope something is done this time. A person can't even port cause I'm on contract and I don't want to lose my number.
