MTN coverage - NO coverage during loadshedding

Absolutely no network coverage during loadshedding in my area, has been like this since loadshedding was inforced again this year - no improvement whatsoever. Two members of my household with Vodacom, no interruption in connectivity at all - doesn't even drop slightly. I have no idea what one will do in emergency situation, cant even make a call. MTN if you are interested in resolving the situation, you may contact me for my address details - not eager to share on here - not do I want to waste my time if nothing is going to be done about it.
