MTN Coverage in Standerton

There has been no coverage on the MTN network in Standerton for the past 2 month. This is endangering my families safety as if anything happen while at home I am unable to contact anyone for help. I would like to cancel my contract and I do not feel that I should be liable for any cancellation fees as MTN is not providing a service.
