MTN Coverage

My wife and I have been a MTN customer for over 18 years. I am semi- retired and are spending a lot of time in Leeupoort Holiday Town where the cell phone reception is very bad. I reported this MTN Coverage *** - Ref No: ***) in 22 June 2021. Last I was told by Emmanuel that they approved the installation of a dish that would improve coverage in Leeupoort. Today it is 04 Oct 2021 and after many calls and two emails, I am still waiting for feedback. Very disappointed. Service is pathetic.
