Mtn Coverage

Reported a network coverage for the Rosslyn tower and was told it will be attended to in 24 hrs 3 weeks ago and nothing was done.

Phoned in again to report the same thing and was told that there's a problem with the Rosslyn tower and it is scheduled for fixing today and i should be okay in 24 hrs.

Sad part is we pay for the service we not receiving. ☹️
