MTN COVERAGE

MTN BUSINESS _ INTERNET Conectivity in are Monzi KZN is just bad the call center agents cant pick up any coverage emails with reference numbers that was sent to attend to emails and coverage related reports. See email below most of the Monzi Village Residents have reported this to the MTN coverage department and nothing is being done, we all have home based businesses and no business can be done via internet as the MTN coverage is so bad most of the day, this issue is ongoing for the last few MONTHS without no assistance from MTN all our Residents with MTN have one bar connectivity and yet MTN says there is no problem in our area....
