MTN could be the worst network at the moment

I had an issue whereby I upgraded on Black Friday,used extra data and minutes as part of the deal,things went a bit south for,couldn't pay for 3 months but got back up on my feet and wanted to continue with my contract. Someone in the Legal Department decided to cancel my contract WITHOUT my consent and I'm still paying my original contract fee every month with no additional anything or even some sort of compensation and I've been back and forth with MTN since July 2017. As soon as I give my reference it appears as if the whole of MTN has closed down,I try to phone,email even went as far as sending messages on social media but still nothing. I'm utterly disgusted and disappointed as I have been with MTN for the past 18 years,which I think is coming to an end now.
