MTN COSTING ME MONEY AND DOESN'T RESOLVE THE ISSUE

After several attempts to load airtime on the sim and explain at the shops the sim doesn't allowing to load airtime or data. It seems they don't listen and understand the issue did not work. . Does MTN employees kseems that does not know how to resolve the problem and cost me money!
