had the worst service with mtn, I would not recommend this service provider to anyone. Worst experience ever. Shocking infact. Went for a phone contract which turned out to be a used phone, was unable to log into any of my accounts, kept informing me that my passwords were incorrect. Changed passwords and still same problem. Just grateful I didn't log into my banking details. Weren't helpful when I insisted the day after to have the contract canceled. Finally contract has been canceled. Since my existing sim card was placed in that contract phone I had endless problems. In total I lost close to R800. I was charged R354 for a 8 min call to my mother which happens to live In the same town as me.... was confirmed by a consultant at mtn. R50 was loaded on my sim which just disappeared. Long story short I feel they are *******, unhelpful and wouldn't suggest anyone going to mtn. I feel the phone had spyware as this is unbelievable. I phoned on numerous occasions and was just continually past on. DONT use MTN
