MTN CORPORATE IGNORING PAID ONLINE ORDER
MTN Corporate ignoring paid order *** - Demand immediate dispatch
On Sunday 30 August, I purchased a Hisense U32 phone as a guest user for R499.00 via the MTN online store. Funds cleared via an Absa Visa Car on Tuesday 1 September. Despite full authorization MTN has failed to provide a tracking number or confirm dispatch. The support emails for the online store bounces back undeliverable, Customersupport and Complaints also comes back with standard auto reply asking to allow anything from 24 - 72 hours to resolve. Social media support provides useless automated loops, and my formal complaint to MTNCorporate was met with either undeliverable or unhelpful standard auto reply. I do not accept internal 72 hour delay loops for cash-cleared transactions, I demand a senior manager call me immediately with a valid tracking number for immediate dispatch of my phone. Refusal to comply will result in an immediate formal submission to ICASA.
I am writing this as a last resort after completely exhausting all MTN standard and corporate escalation avenues, only to be met with automated templates.

The funds successfully cleared after banking hours on Tuesday 1 September 2026, it has now been 2 days since the payment clearedm and I have received absolutely zero manual feedback, dispatch updates, or delivery tracking details.
I cannot log in to track this online and your contact centres are providing no answers. Do not respond with another generic automated template. I require a direct customer care representative to contact me immediately with the tracking number and a confirmed delivery date for my Hisense U32 or issue an immediate refund.
