MTN Cornubia incompetence

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Had a terrible experience with Mtn at the Cornubia Mall in Durban. KZN. My contract was due for an upgrade so I decided to do the upgrade with MTN Cornubia with 1 of their Black Friday promotions. Dealt with a salesman named Bash who assisted me. We decided on a deal which he claims he captured, he did say there might be a slight delay as of the backlog on the promotions. Bash never got back to me, I had to keep calling him and chatting with him on Whatsapp. Couple weeks of his lies I decided to go to the store personally. Same story about the delay and he even **** saying he can see the upgrade is done and my new minutes and date should be loaded. He then offered me a trade in deal with the new Samsung Galaxy at R 280.00 a month for 36 months. This deal was great and I told him I will take this offer. He said he had to cancel the Black Friday deal. Weeks later he avoided my calls and messages and when he did take the calls he **** again saying that he spoke to Gatemax Mtn in Umhlanga and his friend there will sort out the deal. All this was nonsense. I finally went back to the store on 22 December and asked for the manager who is even more useless than Bash. His name is Chris Frank. He said there's nothing he can do as Bash messed up but he will check but I cant hold him accountable. Promised he will contact me when he gets feedback. Gone almost 3 weeks and no feedback from him. How is it my fault that the salesman messed up? So I lost out on 2 deals. The Black Friday deal and the Samsung Galaxy deal.
