MTN Cornubia has pathetic customer service!

MTN Cornubia has pathetic customer service.

I renewed a business contract at MTN Cornubia in December 2022 but I am not getting the correct amount of data. I visited the store in Jan 2023 to resolve this issue. The consultant at the store was not sure why I am not receiving the correct data therefore he logged a ticket with MTN head office and agreed to provide me with feedback the following day.

I had to phone the consultant several times to get feedback but he mentions he will look into it and call me back. He never returns any of the calls providing feedback or the status of the query.

It is also very difficult to get through when calling the store number.

I eventually called 135 to find out what the issue on the ticket was. They said they requested documents from the store in order for me to get the correct data and the store has not provided it as yet.

Dealing with MTN is so frustrating!
