MTN Coperate making life difficult for their dealers

Good day. Today was my fifth unsuccessful visit to my local MTN dealer. I feel very sorry for the shop personal because they don't get any backing from MTN. I have app**** for 6 upgrades on phone lines and 2 data line upgrades. There is still no stock for the phones since August and when i tried to upgrade the data lines the new packages was not loaded for Oktober and the system was down yet again. These people try their best to help. I would like MTN to contact me so i can hear what their reason or excuse is for this situation.
