MTN contruct

I have multi contruct with MTN.however last week Thursday I received an sms telling me some deduction did not go through.when I called MTN they told me it was the premium for August which did not go through.i was so shocked MTN decided to notify me after 37 days.i had to pay the amount I did not budget for thanks to MTN
