MTN contravening general code of conduct section 3, 16 (4)(d)&(e)

Please assist regarding this service provider that thinks it's clever,MTN deducts points on my account without allocating DATA and when we complain about this they claim that they have given us what we bought. We have reported this to them from last year December 21st and they even lie to us over the phone. They said this matter is escalated to relevant department but the is closed and I as a complainant was never informed about the decision taken by them. Now we are ****** and nothing happens to to ******'s which is absurd.
