MTN contravenes the South African Privacy Act with no recourse for their Customer

Another year, 2025, and still no response from MTN South Africa to my emails, messages, telephone calls, in person to their local office. Today (16 Jan 2025), MTN again tried to debit my banking account at 3am this morning. Had I had funds to cover the debit order, they would have succeeded without any correspondence to me, the customer. I don't know what to do any longer, I have asked the bank not to honor the attempted debit orders, the bank assured me that they would not, however today they did and I get charged for the unsuccessful debit. I am now growing tired of MTN, FNB and the whole story including the debt collectors who are apparently tracing me to get hold of me, although I have many times responded to their strange e-mails. How do they not know where I am. I have asked both MTN, their Debt Collectors (Nu Debt) and whoever else I could get hold of to please answer my legitimate questions to MTN. No reply. Just threats and attempted debits on my banking account. What do I need to do to get through to you MTN?
