MTN contracts/cancellations department.

MTN rejected a contract cancellation request because an MTN TELLER made me pay MORE than I was suppose to. I have been sending emails, calling, going into MTN stores for the past 3 months to get my name with nothing to show other than pure disgust at the lack of competence I have had to deal with. What now?
