MTN CONTRACTS never gets CANCELLED even when matured!

MTN gave me such a horrible service. I had a contract with them that was due in May 2022 and have tried several times to cancel it but to no avail. I went to their nearby store several times to try and explain this but I was returned and told to call customer care AGAIN. I HAVE. Every time my call goes to the contract department, I I don't know if its network or what but I someone just hangs up my call. From the May till August, still no help. MTN is failing its loyal customers. You easily get helped when you make a contract but fighting a losing battle when it matures and have to cancel it.

I really am not happy with the horrible service that I have been getting from you for MONTHS!!
