MTN CONTRACTs is waste of good money!!!

Never have I ever seen such ignorance!! I paid twice in December because they debited late, instead of reversing I asked them if it will give me a credit they said that I wont be debited on Jan, guess what I see on my debit list for January MTN is full of ****!!! You debuting me when I evrn paid extra!!
