Mtn contracts is useless!!!

Mtn is so freaking useless!!! I app**** for a new contract more than 3 weeks ago the phone was supposed to be delivered within 3 days and they kept on giving me the run around changing delivery dates. They reffered me to Mondi saying they are responsible for delivery, I called them arranged for them to deliver the phone they didn't give me a date for delivery and they called when I wasn't at home so we rescheduled. Come delivery time now I call them now the story is they don't know anything about my order.
