MTN contracts is a total disappointment

people I have communicated with at MTN contact department in the last 8 days have been nothing but disloyal. I called on the 30th and spoke to Fikile Ndar after making a pyment of R1692.00 for my contract and advised that I had made a payment could my lines be activated she requested POP and advised it should reflect and my lines would be activated. The following day I called and spoke to Sinalo Mase who also requested for the POP because apparently Fikile did not bother to make a note on the system that I called and requested the funds to be updated on my contact. The folowing day I spoke to another lady who never gave me her name and lord be hold yet again I had to send a POP because what Sinalo didnt do anything. The lady then proceeded to activate my line. But this wouldn't be for long becuase the following day again I had to call someone to have the problem fixed this time I made sure to ask for a name and I spoke to Fezeka Njeto who said they have no one by the name of Fikile Ndar there so I guess I was speaking to a ghost because why did I have to call 4 times. again this agent assured everything will be okay and activated my lines told me by Monday payment should be reflecting. At this point I am over MTN so I switch to my Vodacom number and wait to see where will this MTN drama end. Today is the 7th meaning they have been trying to locate this payment for 8 days and I used correct reference number and everything when I paid from my Nedbank banking app and yet no my line is suspended again. Its Wednesday so you would assume that a supervisor is available nope not MTN they do not have such The name of a supervisor that keeps coming up is *****gwa Mkhabela and she is either not at work or at her desk at any given time. I have called 3 times today a lady called Quma who claimed to not hear me the moment I regested to speak to a supervisior and dropped the line then a gentleman who did not even bother to give me his name and he also dropped the line then a guy called Kamogelo who also seemed to not know where the supervisor is at this point I am convinced that MTN has no supervisors and no one can help. So i dropped the call with Kamogelo and I am here hoping that maybe if I put my complaint on hello Peter a supervisor would some how appear from MTN and fix this problem

MTN needs to relook at the kind of people they hire the world is full of people that really need jobs and could do a much better job then this.
