MTN CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT SUCKS

After numerous calls to MTN in an attempt to cancel my contract still NOTHING. Instead they keel calling and emailinf me to RENEW/UPGRADE the contract i have been cancelling!!! You keep deducting money from an account without fail though. Dear Customer,Your query *** has been closed. Please contact call center if you require more information. Thank you for using MTN.
