MTN Contracts Customer Care

MTN is the worst when it comes to customer care.

I cancelled my contract with them because I received the wrong phones(which I returned the next day of receiving them). They assured me that my contract was cancelled but still debited me. I have been battling with them since July to get my refund.

I've sent countless emails and made countless phone calls, but still I am not getting my refund. MTN agents hang up on me or tell me their systems are offline. This is pathetic and frustrating!

What should one do to get a refund with MTN?!!
