MTN contracts cancellation

For the last 2 months I have been calling requesting that 2 of my contract numbers that have exceeded 24 months be cancelled but no instead you change me to different contract options and still debit me. ****** ********, ****en cancel my contracts I dont want to have a ****** contract with you.
