MTN CONTRACT’S BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with the Retention Service I am getting. My contract ended in December 2021, but there’s money still debit from my account.

I am told I have to pay an early cancellation fee. Of which I paid my contract with no problem now MTN is giving me problems.

One of your agents responded via email that I took a contract on the 20-12-2022, it’s not even December yet. And I haven’t app**** for a contract besides the one I had. And retention takes days to respond.
