Mtn contracts are the worst

I regret the day I walked into MTN store in Cresta to apply for a phone contract.

I am a very unhappy client because I requested to end my contract as per agreement at the end of January 2022. I have faithfully paid my monthly fees and finished well the consultant never told me that I need to cancel the insurance as well she only said I need to end my contract as the duration is finished. Moreover, they kept on billing me for the insurance I never used for the past two years and kept on demanding more money from me threatening me that they will escalate the matter further because of R79 that I recently paid after paying more than R9 000. They suspended my number and kept on threatening me.

I am very unhappy because I went to the Killarney mall store and never got any assistance, tried calling MTN 135 no replies, the phone just rings, no one is willing to assist.

I will never recommend MTN phone contracts to anyone it's the worst nightmare, their customer service is poor.
