MTN Contracts are the worst!

I have a home internet contract with MTN and my internet was suspended because payment had not been made as yet. I checked with my bank and made a manual transfer and sent through the proof of payment on 08/03/2023. MTN responded on 09/03/2023 advising that they have received the proof of payment and i should allow 24 hours for the payment to reflect on their side. Today is 11/03/2023 and still no service and no internet. Calling their call-center is also a waste of time because you can be on hold for over 20 minutes with no assistance. I want to cancel this contract. I do not recommend anyone take out a contract with MTN because their service is terrible!
