MTN contract's are like a ****.

For the many existing years MTN has been around one, they genuinely operate like fly by night company. I took a 24 months contract woth MTN and it's been grievance from the very beginning. Person who was assisting me made a billing mistake which resulted in me paying more than what I signed for, they supposedly rectified the mistake in a way that best suits them not me the customer. Now my contract has finally ended and me having to end the contract is another grievance, i get different stories from consultants i get on the call, what's more frustrating is them wanting to debit more money again this month whereas the contact i signed states i had to pay till Jan 2024.
