MTN contracts are day light ******s

My MTN contract was ending in August. They called me for an upgrade, i asked very well if i wont be charged for pro rata they said NO. come month end a bill was submitted to me with pro rata charges and on top of that i was also charged the amount that they said is for me receiving all contacts list. i am so ****ed off.
