MTN contracts are a ****

MTN Contracts are a ****. I took a 36 months contract phone with MTN for R250. I gave me 300mb night owl and 300mb normal data plus 100 all net minutes.

A consultant from MTN called me two months later to offer 20Gig of data plus the minutes I was getting for only and addition of R20 for 24 months since MTN was running a promotion and i agreed.

The next month I was surprised to receive only data and when I called MTN customer service they told me that they can't correct, cancel the deal nor my contract and promised to send me my contract. This all happened in October 2023 and till today I got no help.
