MTN Contracts.

Their staff de*****ed my contract account, too 2 cellphones using my account. They blacklisted those 2 numbers that were taken using my account. The problem is they don't want to reverse the amount owing to my account. They play the blame game they don't wanna take responsibility of thir flawed system . My account is showing arrears, the staff can't even read the spreadsheet. They are quick to say you are owing, you missed the pa, but when you show them the spreadsheet that you are not owing then they send you to someone who doesn't even have listing skills.
