MTN contracts

Hello peter

I have contracts with MTN one of them i just recently cancelled as it was due for cancellation or upgrade and after paying more than my required installment , i paid over R3000 to cover for the following month as well . This morning i woke up to my account being suspended and when i called the call centre i was transfered to the collections department for assistance instead of the agent helping me she was shouting at me and told me that there is nothing she can do about it and hang up the phone on me her name is Elizabeth Nosiseko Gocini .

I am being told my account is overdue but they are failing to explain how because i paid more than my installment on the previous month.

Initially my contract installemnt was R1700 before i cancelled the other contract and after i cancelled i was left with a contract for R600 and R355 which is equivalent to R955 yet i am being told that i am supposed to pay R1500 but fail to explain where the other amounts are emerging from .

Please help because i am not getting any assistance from either mtn and its agents
