MTN contracts ****

I was recently called by an agent from MTN to offer me a laptop contract with 40 GB of data for a month. The data was sent, but the laptop never came. When I called MTN, I was told the contract was data only and didn't include the laptop. When I tried to cancel this contract, I was told I must pay R900 to cancel it.
