MTN contracts

I had a contract with MTN and even though I canceled my debit order, I have been making monthly payments via EFT for the past 3 months but a week ago they cancelled my contract and sold it without notification or any correspondence.

I don't care about settling the rest of the contract with attorneys but I just feel like it's bad practice to open contracts with people, not communicate with them and sell their debt to the highest bidder, I'm honestly disappointed.

Plus their customer card for contracts is very hard to even contact, they are only open during the week from 8 to 5and in order to get them you have to call customer care and wait.

If you have a choice, do not take a contract with MTN.
