MTN CONTRACTS

I would like to rate MTN as a zero but a one will have to do.

Years ago I went cancel a contract and now in the last few years have found out that MTN keywest did not cancel it, my contact with my laptop within the 1st month there was an issues which resulted them to write off the amount cause it was their error that they made it an open line and admitted it. . Also my details have yet to be updated on their system as I changed it in 2014 in Feb. My surname is not Dauncey. I went in Feb of 2014 to the key west shopping centre MTN brunch to update my details and cancel my one contact which has added to my bill amount. Poor record keeping on their side has lead to me being charged for items that where not meant to be billed for. never canceled anything and I have been getting billed all this time. Inbetween this time I had taken out a upgrade contract (CAPPED) for myself on the 28 August 2013 for a new phone with MTN everything was fine till a few months later they had issues with debiting my account. So I used to go into cradlestone MTN every month to pay my account. Then all the sudden I got billed a crazy amount. I "APPARENTLY " used R2999.00 worth of data in one night???? The night in question stands out to me for the following reason: I was home sick that night and was meant to have gone out to a party. I was in bed connected to wifi and mobile data off.

How can get charged for data used to tbe value of R2999.00 if my contract was capped. My contract payment was under R600 every month same amount month after month. I REQUESTED MTN to fix it so i can pay what was rightfully due. 6 years later they still refuse to admit that they stuffed up or are to lazy to fix it and instead has handed me over.

I am at the point of wanting to after them and their attorneys for harresment, wrongfully black listing me and much more...

I am called constantly and sent texts over this matter and I keep saying the same thing fix your mistake first please. As a single mother I can not afford to just fork out cash left right and centre. My budget it toght and leaves no room for error or open lined contracts. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. The best part is they called me once and said I was avoiding their calls. I asked what number they trying..."you're MTN cell mam" my response was "YOU ARE TRYING TO CALL ME ON MY CELL NUMBER THAT YOU SUSPENDED FROM RECIEVING CALL OR DIALUNG OUT?" ....then only did the light bulb go on why they couldn't reach me.

Have all my proof ready to go and guns will be blazing.
