MTN contracts ****

Big ****s of all times. I took my contract with Mondo under MTN, I finished off paying it. Now they're telling me that I owe about R1022 because I never opt for cancelation. That time I finished paying it off. What am I being charged, because they told me that my sim has been suspended.
