MTN contracts
I have two contracts with MTN which are running for twenty four months.All of a sudden the contracts have been altered without my knowledge and now have to more than the contractual amount,and had the extra amount deducted off my bank.i have tried to contact MTN,but they tell you that they have problems and cant take any querreys,via their voice machines.These people are taking a chance, and am going to report them to the customer consumer council.
