mtn contracts

I am a contract account holder of mtn for 4years. end of june i went to the chatsworth mtn brsnch and ended my contract. however another debit order has went of my acc this morning. i am unemployed for the past 6 months n i have still been a loyal customer to mtn and payed my contract till the end because it is important to me. yet when i end my contract been loyal to me is not important to you. i cannot budget for that debit order as is was unexpected. and i want it refunded an i will nt advise anyone to purchase a contract from mtn
