MTN contractors are ****mers

MTN is a ****, I regret taking a phone with them,I app**** for a phone and I received 2 it was an error by their contractors. I called them and reported the matter and they advised me to take the phone to the MTN shop and they will will collect it from there, I did that now they have to cancel from the monthly debit order keep on referring me from one department to another. No one is taking responsibility even the contractors themselves. I’m paying for an extra cellphone that I’m not even using it’s been three months now and it seems like this matter won’t be resolved. I’ve head that it’s a thing that MTN does for to push their sales. I have even requested my bank to block them from debiting funds from my account but that is going to drop my credit score. It’s a chance I’m willing to take rather than being ****med by them.
