MTN contract with incorrect SIM card

<p>It's been about 10 months since MTN delivered 2 modems with incorrect sim cards so that i am unable to use them. All this time, they have been deducting the installments of R180 but I could not use these SIM cards as there was nothing loaded on them. Customers please be aware of this **** by MTN. When i go to a store at Carletonville MTN they said the serial numbers on the SIM cards were not matching and i needed to pay for SIM swap R250 each. Why should I pay if it is not my fault. Never buy anything from MTN please. I have been sent from pillar to post whilst they taking my money and i am sitting with useless modems. </p>
