MTN CONTRACT WILD GOOSE CHASE

I tried to get a new cell contract ,agent called me and set up everything including the debit order etc. as it was approved

I then realise she has not asked for my docs ,human error on her part but i do recieve an sms stating "we have paused on your deal,ask your agent what docs you require "try calling a million numbers to speak to a human on the other side of the line ,finally i do with the reply "unfortunately we cannot access your profile on the system due to her(the agent i dealt with) doing the deal ,i say fine but can you not tell me what documents are required "no" can i be transfered to her "no" can you get her to call me back while i wait on the line with you "no" ,can i give you my reference number "no"

So ...i dont get any assistance since monday ,i try calling every number google picks up to be met with no ,my contract is pending and i want the device but i now need to be on a wild goose chase for this agent or someone who is willing to assist??

Clearly MTN is so busy they dont need my money or cant bother to actually give me some proper customer service ,if this is the service before even having signed up i cant imagine once i am a customer how pathetic it will be ,
